Each Piece is either EO Gas or Steam Sterilized and Labeled with the Following:
SKU for inventory tracking -  See our Info on Reading our SKUs
Lot Number for traceability
Expiration Date for safety and compliance
Internal and External Sterilization Indicators to confirm proper sterilization

Steam Sterilized items are packaged in our standard pouches, which measure 7 cm × 3.25 cm (about 2.75" × 1.25"). Most jewelry fits this size, but longer pieces like industrial barbells may need a larger pouch.

EO Gas Sterilized items come in slightly bigger pouches at 11 cm × 5.75 cm (about 4.25" × 2.25").

The Measurements refer to the external dimensions of the pouch so you can easily tell whether they’ll fit into your storage system.

All sterilized items arrive in a protective sleeve or box—sleeves hold a single piece of jewelry, while boxes can hold multiple pieces, but never mix variants.

Some items arrive EO Gas Sterilized directly from the manufacturer, but we’re phasing this method out due to extremely long restock delays that can run anywhere from two to five months.

Our Steam‑Sterilized items are processed in‑house, with quick turnaround and consistent availability.

During this transition, your pre‑sterilized products may arrive labeled as either EO Gas Sterilized or Steam Sterilized, depending on what’s currently in stock.

Pre‑Sterilized items are already packaged, sterilized, and sitting on the shelf ready to ship. These come either EO Gas or Steam Sterilized, cost a little less, and are limited to our most popular jewelry styles.

Custom Sterilization applies to any autoclave‑safe jewelry or tools you want sterilized on demand. Once an order is placed, we gather the pieces, pouch them, and run them through one of our in‑house autoclaves, which could add a bit of processing time before they’re ready to go.
