These have a 16g thread pattern at the standard 0.9mm.
Extended threading is 2.3-2.5mm in length.

Take note that 0.9mm thread pattern DOES fit with SOME 18G internal posts. You must know the thread pattern of the post though as they are not standard. Worldwide manufactures make 18G threading in either a 0.8mm or a 0.9mm thread pattern. We specify on our website what the thread pattern is for our 18G whenever possible.
